The Ballarat New Residents welcome booklet is designed to welcome new residents to the city and to help them settle into their new lifestyle quickly and easily. It provides information about key Council and non Council Community Services, plus includes thousands of dollars worth of vouchers. We were asked to freshen up the design throughout the 176 pages of the 2015-2016 A5 booklet.
